"From:" your domain

All messages will be sent with any From: header you request. References to DataBack are only found in the message "Received" headers (which are invisible to most users).

Our custom script links your web site form to the autoresponder

Your form remains on your server, where you can maintain it as necessary. Typically the only change you'll need to make is to modify one line to point your form to a customized script on our server.

Customized replies

Specific answers supplied by your visitor will trigger insertion of matching paragraphs into the reply. For example, if  your form asks "What is holding you back?", one paragraph will be inserted if "Cost" is selected, or a different paragraph inserted if "Need More Info" is selected.

In addition, the visitor's name can also be inserted in the replies (assuming your form requests it).

Answers captured to a data file

Each form submission is recorded into a data file which you can subsequently import to your database or spreadsheet.
