Easy-to-use listowner web interface

Add and remove subscribers, edit confirmation and welcome messages, and post text or HTML mailings via a straightforward web interface. Review copies can be sent to the listowner prior to mailing the entire list.

Owner-defined welcome and farewell messages

New subscribers are sent a welcome message. Those who chose to unsubscribe are sent a farewell message. Both messages can be fully customized and sent in either HTML or plain text.

"Confirmed opt-in" subscription process

The initial subscription request generates a confirmation email. The potential subscriber must reply to that message to confirm the subscription. Click here for a description why this is required and desirable.

"From:" your domain

Welcome, farewell and list messages can all carry any From: header you request.

Subscription interface for your web site

Add a simple signup form to your web site easily. Instructions for installing a signup form on your web site can be found here. More complicated subscription forms can also be supported via custom scripts (More info).

Automatic bounce handling

Bounces (undeliverable messages) are returned to our server after each mailing, not to you. When an address bounces three times, it is automatically removed. Removed addresses are reported in the daily report.

Daily statistics report

A statistics message is sent to the listowner each day to report number of subscribers, number and list of new subscribers, unsubscribers and bounce removals.

Easy unsubscribe

A subscriber writes to a list-specific "leave-" address to be automatically unsubscribed. The farewell message is sent to confirm the subscriber's removal from the list. A "one-click unsubscribe" link can also be included.

Affordable

DBMailer service is $25.00/month plus $3 per 1000 messages sent. Invoices are sent via email on the 1st of each month for the previous month. There are no setup charges and no minimum terms or agreements required. DBMailer is a month-to-month service.
