Basic Support
Included with every DataBack account, customers receive basic support at no charge. This includes assistance with application issues and minor changes once a project is in progress. Our online and telephone support hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.

(We apologize if this site loads slowly, but it is hosted elsewhere (not in our data center) so that it is accessible if our site happens to be down. Unfortunately the server which hosts it is sometimes slow.

Regularly Scheduled System Maintenance
Please note that we reserve the hours of 6-9AM Pacific time on Sunday mornings for any required system maintenance. Downtime is rare, but if you are ever having trouble reaching our servers during that window, please try again later, after 9AM, before reporting problems.

Emergency Support
If you have an emergency situation, please go to our support blog above and file an emergency ticket. This will generate several internal emails as well as pager alerts to on-call support staff.

Consulting & Special Projects
Consulting service and special coding projects are quoted on a per-project basis. Charges are calculated at $100.00 per hour.
