Basic Support
Included with every DataBack account, customers receive basic support at no charge. This includes assistance with application issues and minor changes once a project is in progress. Our online and telephone support hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
Emergency Support
If you have an emergency situation, please use the link to left to file an emergency ticket. This will generate several internal emails as well as instant alerts to our support staff.
Consulting & Special Projects
Consulting service and special projects are quoted on a per-project basis. Charges are calculated at $100.00 per hour.
