New invoicing system starting May 1, 2023
Starting May 1st, 2023, DataBack began using new invoicing software from waveapps.com.
Each due-on-receipt invoice will include a link which will allow you to pay the invoice online using either ACH or credit card. When entering your credit card details, check the box if you wish to have future payments processed automatically. Of course you can still pay online manually each month or by check if you wish.
Note that this new invoice will be coming from the address mailer@waveapps.com, not directly from a DataBack server, so please adjust any spam filters accordingly and / or add that address to your contacts, to accept these new invoices:
